Relax, Let go and Dance!
Come join us on Friday 4th November at 2:30-3:30pm to warm up to seated Tai chi (a gentle stretching exercise) and get moving at our inclusive uplifting dance and movement session.
These free drop-in sessions will be available every Friday until May 2023 and are a fun, no pressure approach to dance, meeting new people and sharing each other’s musical inspirations, diverse cultures and abilities. This is a great session for 50+ or any age of person looking to elevate their mood or simply experience moving in a way that feels good for you. No experience of dance is needed and the inclusive nature of this group means that all abilities are welcome.
