Come join us every Friday at 2:30-3:30pm and get moving at our inclusive uplifting dance and movement session with some relaxing seated or standing Tai chi to cool down.
These free drop-in sessions will be available every Friday and are a fun, no pressure approach to dance, meeting new people and sharing each other’s musical inspirations, diverse cultures and abilities. This is a great session for 50+ or any age that wants to elevate their mood or simply experience moving in a way that feels good for you. No experience of dance is needed and the inclusive nature of this group means that all abilities are welcome.

This is our last uplifting event. Come join us for fun packed afternoon of Cypriot dance and food on Friday 27th February at 2:30-3:30pm

JOS can also provide workshops in any location: If you would like to discuss potential workshop delivery please contact us.
Participants should attempt to arrive at least 15 minutes in advance for all sessions, although it is appreciated that this is not always possible and late comers are always welcome. Suggested participant donation is £7 per session.
Accessibility: Wheelchair access and inclusive toilet facility available in-situ.
All JOS sessions are inclusive and involve the proactive commitment of PA’s and Carers unless otherwise agreed by prior arrangement with JOS facilitators.
