These free drop-in sessions are a fun, no pressure approach to dancing, meeting new people and sharing each other’s musical inspirations, diverse cultures and abilities. This is a great session for 50+ or any age that wants to elevate their mood or simply experience moving in a way that feels good for you. No experience of dance is needed and the inclusive nature of this group means that all abilities are welcome.
