Relax, Let go and Dance!

Come join us for a very special Valentine Event on Friday 16th February at 2:30-4pm at the Brixton Windmill Centre.

There will be uplifting Salsa with our rhythm mastro Tony Bailey, so come and connect through inclusive community dance. There will be Valentine light refreshments after the session.

These free drop-in sessions will be available every Friday until March 2024 and are a fun, no pressure approach to dance, meeting new people and sharing each other’s musical inspirations, diverse cultures and abilities. This is a great session for 50+ or any age that wants to elevate their mood or simply experience moving in a way that feels good for you. No experience of dance is needed and the inclusive nature of this group means that all abilities are welcome.
