Come join us for our Joy of Sound Christmas celebration. There will be an Inclusive, participatory, community music workshop using bespoke Krar instruments and other bespoke instruments.
Also a performance of traditional and modern Kenyan songs featuring the ‘Nyatitu’ a Kenyan Krar/Lyre played by Rapasa Nyatrpasa and a second special guest Diego Laverde Rojas playing the fiery Arpa Llanera or Lowland Harp from Colombia.
It is best for taxi’s and mini buses to drop you off at the side entrance to the Heritage centre, next to Vauxhall city farm on Tyers street.
