A chance for people to de-mystify instrument making!
During these workshops participants make 6-string instruments from a simple kit of components and tools – just an allen key is used, so no cutting, drilling, sawing, screwdriving etc.
There is also the chance to play the instruments and explore the krar – a traditional east african lyre type of instrument – as a very versatile and inclusive instrument.
