Relax, Let go and Dance! Globetrotting to Australia!!

This is our first very special event dancing our way to Australia With Carolyn Kennedy!!  What cultures and music will we experience and groove to on our way to Australia? Pack your sunnies we’re heading to the sun!! 

Come join us every Friday at 2:30-3:30pm and get moving at our inclusive uplifting dance and movement session with some relaxing seated or standing Tai chi t cool down.

These free drop-in sessions will be available every Friday until March 2024 and are a fun, no pressure approach to dance, meeting new people and sharing each other’s musical inspirations, diverse cultures and abilities. This is a great session for 50+ or any age that wants to elevate their mood or simply experience moving in a way that feels good for you. No experience of dance is needed and the inclusive nature of this group means that all abilities are welcome.
